Angels of Hope
Angels of Hope is our financial support donation program. The financial support we receive allows us to continuously provide services to our community by helping fill the gap not covered by our grants and fundraisers. Money received goes directly to operating expenses, such as building insurance and maintenance, phone and data lines and utilities. We are also able to purchase medical supplies that are used for patient care such as testing strips, paper gowns, and gloves.
All donations are welcome in any form or fashion! Our Angels of Hope Levels are:
Leadership Angel Wings: $50,000 and above
Diamond Angel Wings: $20,000 - $49,999
Platinum Angel Wings: $10,000- $19,999
Golden Angel Wings: $5,000 - $9,999
Silver Angel Wings: $2,500- $4,999
Bronze Angel Wings: $500- $2,499
With your donation you can be assured that you are helping Hope Family Health Center continue serving the poor and uninsured in our community. All Angels of Hope receive recognition on our website and in our newsletter (unless otherwise asked/indicated).
