Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Part Time Bookkeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the financial records, financial transactions including accounts receivable and payable, and financial reports. The Bookkeeper will maintain AP/ and A/R files, will issue checks and will help maintain the financial records needed for the organization’s finances including federal grants, foundation grants, donations and fundraisers. The bookkeeper is responsible for monthly credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and the preparation of deposits.

The Medical Assistant at HOPE Family Health Center will perform a variety of clerical and clinical duties to ensure departmental function and patient care. Duties include but are not limited to: Scribing for medical providers, translation, injections, vaccines, wound care, minor emergency care, post operative visits, assisting providers with patients, taking calls from patients, pharmacies and other physician offices. Participates in volunteer programs and special assignments, and performs other duties as assigned within scope of practice.
