All patients seen at HOPE are required to complete an enrollment form and meet with the Enrollment Specialist. We understand at this time of COVID-19 much of that will be done virtually and we are here to serve. Please call 956-994-3319 to speak with our ES and register. We are scheduling new medical patients for after June 1, 2020 and we are enrolling new counseling patients daily.
