Service Description

Group, individual, or family psychotherapy services are available in English or Spanish. Common themes of therapy include depression, anxiety, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, family conflict and relationship, and coping disorders. Counseling services are available to any individual who is seeking help. Our therapists provide a multitude of treatment modalities including solution focused, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, integrated behavioral health, and trauma informed treatment. All services are confidential. HOPE's therapists are licensed clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors who are highly experienced. We urge anyone who may be thinking about therapy, anyone who struggles with every day obstacles, or anyone who may be having difficulty adjusting to new ways of living to call us! To ensure the safety of HOPE's clients and staff, beginning March 2020 HOPE has begun seeing patients for therapy utilizing telehealth services.
